CANCELLATION POLICY

I have a non refundable deposit. If your appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time a fee of 20% of the service will be charged. I understand life happens and am willing to work with my customers to reschedule one time with no cancellation fee for true emergencies.
